    It all starts with professional photography. Your property is then advertised on our great looking and easy to use website. We maintain a live and active tenant register to efficiently match renters with your property. We promote your property across the contacts on our database. It all adds up to attract better quality tenants and lower vacancy rates for your property.

    Rental Property Specialists use the latest software and technology. We can produce quality pre and post tenancy reports including photos.

    Our financial reporting systems provide accurate, reports, including detailed monthly financial statements that provide all the information you and your accountant will need.
    We track revenue and expenses on the one statement. We can pay your utilities and other outgoings for you such as rates, repairs and maintenance, insurance etc. Any required maintenance costs are all approved in advance and detailed on your monthly statement.

    All our contractors and tradespeople are qualified, licensed and insured. They are hand-picked to provide the highest standard of workmanship. To stay on our roster as preferred suppliers, they all must meet our quality control measures and achieve consistently positive feedback from our landlords and tenants alike.

    Zero tolerance on arrears. We offer just one single, free payment option and that is direct debit, this makes it easier for our tenants to meet their most basic obligation to pay their rent in full and on time.

    We are not the biggest property managers around town, but we are always focused on your investment.
